The director, divine mandate student campaign for 2023, Comrade Okoro Offor Joshua (Majesty), has called on the students in Ebonyi State who registered or applied for card replacement to go to their various collection center and collect their permanent Voter's Cards to vote for Engr David Umahi, Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and other APC candidates in the state.
In a statement he personally signed and made available to Ebonyi Times news reads in full;
"The Directorate of Divine Mandate Students Campaign Council 2023, Ebonyi State hereby call on the Students of Ebonyi State extraction in different institutions who registered, applied for replacement or did transfer of their Permanent Voter Card to move to their various Political wards and collect their PVC which is ongoing before the INEC Deadline for collection of PVC.
"Note that PVC is your power and you must guide it properly and vote massively for Ebonyi State APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and all the Candidates of APC in Ebonyi State in the forthcoming elections".
