He described the governor as a peace loving leader while commending his gallant records in the areas of infrastructural and human development in the state within a period of six years.

He also stated that Umahi's priority in the pursuit of peaceful co-existence in Ebonyi, made him to see security of lives and property as his top agenda for his administration in the state, especially now insecurity wrecks the nation.

He further thanked the governor for bringing Ebonyians to seek the face of God at this critical time, and for convoking town hall meetings with different clans in the state for the interest of peace and security across the nation.

"His Excellency, your leadership has set Ebonyi as an exemplary state across the nation, earning an international recognition to our dear state and its citizenry.

"Your meetings with stakeholder from different clans from different local government areas of Ebonyi, has proved that you want the state to be free from insecurity and our nation Nigeria."

He urged the governor to extend the meeting to the grassroot level to poll more opinions from Ebonyians at the hinterlands on best ways to arrest the issues of insecurity in the state.

"His Excellency, please, extend the meeting either by setting up a committee in the state level that will go to different Ebonyi communities and hear possibly their opinions or suggestions on ways to curtail the security challenges in their areas," he advised.

He expressed optimism that Ebonyi State will surely overcome the security challenges, urging all the indigenes and residents of the state to join hands to collectively fight the situation regardless of party affiliations.
