The member representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency in the National Assembly and Chairman, House Committee on Reformatory Institutions, Rt. Hon Chinedu Ogah OON, has congratulated the newly elected State Executive Council members of the ruling (APC) in Ebonyi State.
The newly elected executives are led by Chief Stanley Okoro Emeghia as State Chairman, Hon. Chinedu Nwali as Deputy Vice Chairman, Charles Ofoke as State Secretary, and other members of the council following the party’s state congress.
The state congress of the APC was held on Tuesday at the Abakaliki Township Stadium.
In a goodwill message, Ogah expressed appreciation to party members for their steadfast support and commitment, which he said ensured the peaceful and successful conduct of the congress.
He commended the Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru, for what he described as his selfless service and leadership, noting that it has fostered unity and smooth administration of party affairs in the state.
Ogah further urged the new state executive to work in harmony and remain focused on strengthening the party’s structure to secure victory in the next general elections.
“I warmly congratulate the newly elected State Executive Council members of our great party. Your emergence is a clear testament to the confidence reposed in you by party faithful across Ebonyi State. I urge you to see this responsibility as a call to deeper service, unity and dedication to the ideals of the APC,” Ogah stated.
“Let us continue to work together in harmony, strengthen our grassroots structures and consolidate on the achievements of our administration under the able leadership of Governor Francis Nwifuru. With unity of purpose, we will secure even greater victories for our party in the forthcoming general elections,” he added.
