Ogah Commends Christian Leaders' Spiritual Guidance

The Member representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Reformatory Institutions, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah, OON, JP, has commended Christian leaders for their spiritual guidance and moral leadership during the Harvest and Thanksgiving Bazaar held at Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Parish, Ukwenyim Inyimagu, and the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Bethel Parish, Akahufu Inyimagu, all in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

Speaking at the events, Hon. Ogah expressed deep appreciation to the Parish Priest of Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Parish, Ukwenyim Inyimagu, and the Reverend Minister of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Bethel Parish, Akahufu Inyimagu, for their dedication to guiding worshippers in the fear of God. He encouraged members of the congregation to remain steadfast in their faith and unwavering in their commitment to God.
The lawmaker urged Christians to continually pray for their leaders, emphasizing that effective leadership is only achievable through divine guidance and the grace of God.

He further called on the faithful to sustain prayers for leaders in Ebonyi State while also supporting the administration of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State. Hon. Ogah assured the people that the present administration remains committed to delivering more dividends of democracy and will continue to prioritize the needs of the people, particularly those in rural communities.

In support of church development and the annual harvest and thanksgiving celebrations, Ogah donated One Million Naira (₦1,000,000) cash to the Catholic Church to support its school project. He also made a donation of Three Hundred Thousand Naira (₦300,000) to the Presbyterian Church in support of its activities.
Dignitaries present at the occasion included Hon. Monday Nwigbo, Member II of the Local Government Service Commission, alongside other notable guests.

In their separate remarks, the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Ofoke, and leaders of the Presbyterian Church commended lawmaker Ogah for his consistent support to the Church and offered prayers for God’s continued blessings and success in all his endeavors.
