Ebonyi Senator Harps On Unity Among APC Faithfuls

The Senator representing Ebonyi Central Senatorial zone and the Chairman, Senate committe on information in the 10th Senate, Senator Kenneth Eze, has called for unity among members of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ebonyi state, emphasizing that coming together of party faithfuls will strengthen the party towards achieving its goals..


Senator Eze, while playing host to Leaders of APC from Ebonyi Central led by the Zonal Chairman, Hon. Peter Ndubuisi Nworie, who were on new yam festival homage, highlighted the need for solidarity of all party members, even as he expressed confidence in the party's ability to emerge victorious at the tribunal. He assured party members and supporters that the APC would overcome any challenges faced during the electoral process and ultimately succeed in defending its mandate.

Senator Eze also underscored the importance of inclusivity within the party, stating that every member's contribution was valuable and necessary for the overall growth and progress of the APC in Ebonyi State. He called on party leaders to foster an atmosphere of openness and transparency, ensuring that all voices were heard and considered.


He assured party leaders of quality representation at the upper legislative chamber of National Assembly and revealed his preparedness to accommodate leaders and members of the zone in his empowerment programs that will be flagged off in the next few days.


Senator Kenneth Eze lauded the exceptional, strategic and visionary leadership of the state Governor, Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, noting that the Governor's leadership approach to civil servants, Education sector, health, Urban and housing development, and youth inclusiveness in governance in the state has not gone unnoticed. 


Eze explained further that the state has witnessed remarkable growth and development under the present administration of Governor Francis Nwifuru. He said that the governor has implemented various initiatives aimed at improving the standard of living for the people of Ebonyi. He appreciated his people oriented policy especially, the recent approval of palliative to be distributed to Ebonyians to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal, among other strategic steps taken by the governor  in  repositioning the state and set it on a path of sustainable growth and prosperity.

Earlier, the Zonal Chairman of APC, Ebonyi Central, Hon. Peter Ndubuisi Nworie, along with other members of the executive committee from the zone, said they were in his home to felicitate with him on the new yam festival (OKE-AKU) held recently, and to strengthen the bond between the party and the senator, who has now the leader of the party in the zone, base on his current position.

 
The chairman expressed gratitude to Senator Kenneth Eze for his unwavering support and dedication to the party's goals and objectives. He acknowledged the senator's efforts in representing the interests of the people in the zone and commended his commitment to good governance and assured him of the continued support of the party at all times.

Sunday Oñuzu, Ezza South, Barr. Chukwuemeka Uwa and that of  Ishielu Mr Ikechukwu Abba, among others.
