...Canvasses for APC, Charges the APC Canvassers to embark on door to door canvassing in their various polling units
Ahead of Saturday, 25th Febuary Presidential/National Assembly election and March 11th Governorship/State Assembly election, the Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Barr (Chief) Eric Kelechi Igwe, PhD alongside his wife, Chief Mrs Nnenna Ethel Igwe on Tuesday hosted APC Canvassers of Ndufu Alike Ward at his home Town, Nwakpu, Alike Ikwo LGA of Ebonyi State.
The Deputy Governor while addressing the APC Canvassers from his political ward, Ndufu Alike, reinstated his commitment to deliver all the Candidates of the All Progressives Congress, APC from top to bottom in the Forthcoming general elections. He said that from all indication, APC is going to emerge victorious in the Forthcoming General election and Charged his supporters - the good people of Ndufu Alike Ikwo to canvas and vote for APC.
In a special way ,I want to thank the people of Ndufu Alike Ikwo for your unceasingly love and support, especially the one you have given me from the day I was elected as the Deputy Governor till date. I appreciate you all for your support and I assure you that I wouldn't take for granted.
"This meeting is necessary because it's one of the ways we can come together to access ourselves, discuss some challenging issues and work together in ensuring we deliver all the Candidates of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the Forthcoming General elections.
"If you love me and respect me as your leader, you must stand where I am standing. You must vote for APC from Presidential, National Assembly, Governorship and State Assembly positions which is coming up on Saturday 25th Febuary and March 11th respectively.
"I caharge you all to go back to your polling units, do door to door canvassing for our party, APC and vote for APC in the forthcoming General elections".
The Deputy Governor also assured the good people of Ndufu Alike Ikwo of more dividends of Democracy if they votel APC Candidates in the forthcoming General elections, saying that the Candidates if elected will compliment the good work of His Excellency,Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi in the next administration.
To cushion the effect of the cashless economy in the Country, the Deputy Governor gifted two big cows and one Million Naira (#1000000) to the Canvassers and Stakeholders of Ndufu Alike Ward.
