The Federal High Court sitting in Abakaliki has reaffirmed the expulsion of Princess Ann Nwanyibuife Agom-Eze from membership of All Progressives Congress ( APC)
The court further restrained her from using the name of APC in whatsoever form including joining the APC in any civil or criminal proceedings in any court or joining any activities of the party since she is nolonger a member of the party by the fact of her expulsion from the party.
