Business Mogul, Philanthropist, Surveyor Kingsley Nwuruku, Honoured With Chieftaincy Title

In recognition of his selfless, humanitarian and philanthropic service to the downtrodden, widows, orphans and vulnerable students, an Ebonyi State born, Abuja based Business Mogul cum philanthropist, Surveyor Kingsley Nwuruku, was on Saturday, 19th  day of March, 2022, confered with a Chieftaincy title of 'AKU ENWEBE 1' of Ikwo Noyo Clan,  by HRH, Eze Albert Alo Opefi, (Omaka Ejali 11 of Ekpelu Unweka)traditional ruler of Ekpelu autonomous Community, the ancestoral home of Ikwo people, as part of activities to mark his 15th coronation anniversary and Ofala festival.
The Royal father in his welcome speech said, the Chieftaincy title  recipients were carefully selected based on their positive contributions to the development and progress of the society and service to humanity in general. He congratuted and urged them to continue to impact life for the benefit of mankind.
Speaking shortly after the Chieftaincy conferment, Surveyor Chief Kingsley Nwuruku and wife, Lolo Mercy Kingsley Nwuruku thanked the Royal father, the Eze in council and the entire Ekpelu Unweka Community for the honor bestowed on him and his family, promising to uphold those virtues that spotted him for the Chieftaincy title.

Chief Kingsley Nwuruku said, "I am deeply happy for this  Community to remember a young man like me and honor me and my family today. This will go a long way in spuring us to do more to humanity. We're going to double our humanitarian service this time, for whom much is given, much is expected. 
"With this recognition, I am now part of this Community, from today, your problem is my problem,  your people are my people.

"I want to urge the youths to work hard, be honest, stay away from crime and engage themselves in productive ventures so that they will be able to make positive contributions to our society and as such make our society a better place for all to live in", he concluded.
Surveyor Chief Kingsley Nwuruku used the event to announce that he will sink a motorized borehole in the community to end the issue of water scarcity in the area.


Recall that Surveyor Kingsley Nwuruku foundation in the recent past, have registered WAEC and other external Examination to the indigent students, provide succor to poor widows, vulnerables and empowered youth with motorcycles and Cash and this has endeered him to the people, hence the award.
Other recipients of the Chieftaincy title included the state Deputy Governor, Dr Kelechi Igwe, Dr Ifeachukwu Odii, Architect Christian Asaga Nwali, Elder Steve Orogwu among others.
