Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi on Friday, handed two Toyota
Camry cars to the wife and the brother of the late Ebonyi State APC youth
leader, Comrade Ogochukwu Elem.
Handing over the vehicles to them, the caretaker Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC Ebonyi State, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha said, it was a fulfillment of the promise made by the Governor during his burial in August. Emegha assured the family of Government and party’s continued support even as he prayed for the continued peaceful repose of the soul of the departed colleague.
Responding, the brother to the deceased, Rev Fr. Francis Elem
thanked the Governor for the Car gift and prayed God to grant the Governor, all
his heart desires.
Recall that the late state APC youth leader, Comrade
Ogochukwu Elem died on a ghastly auto accident in August, when his vehicle plunged
into a mining pit along Enyigba/E-FUNAI road with two police officers on his
way to Ikwo.
