The King David University of Medical Sciences has been reportedly to be ready for use soon.
Mr Francis Nwaze who is the Special Assistant to Governor David Umahi on Media and Publicity, made this known on his confirmed social media page.
He said that the Univetsity which would end foreign medical adventure by Nigerians and attract foreigners in the state.
"This is where we are; a medical university that will end foreign medical adventure by Nigerians and attract foreigners to our own Ebonyi State.
"The David Nweze Umahi’s Medical University is no longer a dream but a reality that will be made manifest in just a few weeks. This is the result of having a committed, focused and dedicated Governor whose interest is for the betterment of his subordinates.
"Governor David Nweze Umahi has written his name in the sand of time," he stated.
