Dr Oluwajoba Oroge, EHA Clinic, Abuja gave the advice to the Journalists in considering their hectic schedules and however, advocated for their regular medical checks.
The medical expert who was a Guest Speaker at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Correspondents Chapel, FCT, 2021 Press Week/Health Talks held at NUJ Abuja Secretariat, Utako; urged journalists to always check their health status, pointing out that no matter how busy they may be it is better to take care of their health.
He said: “If people can spare time to take their cars to mechanics for checks then buy service parts to effect repairs, why would a person not go for regular check up?”
Dr. Oroge’s EHA Clinic later carried out free medical check up on all the journalists present at the health talk.
