Gbajabiamila condoles late former Rep-member's family in Ebonyi

The Speaker House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has sent his condolence message to the family of Late Chief Nweke Isaac Anyigor from Ekpaomaka in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

Late Anyigor was the first Rep-member from Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State and he was buried today at  his country home, Ekpaomaka in the area..

Gbajabiamila was represented by Hon. Chinedu Ogah, the member representing Ezza-South/Ikwo Federal Constituency during the burial ceremony to give him last respect.


In his oration, the Green Chambers Speaker described late Anyingor as a man of integrity and courage during his time in the office, and after his tenure. 

He said: "This is the first time that burial of a statesman brought Ikwo politicians together recounting the number of politicians that turned out for the burial of the Ikwo political iroko.

In attendance, NATIONAL PANEL gathered the presence of the great sons and daughters of Ikwo Nnoyo clan including the Executive Chairman of Ikwo LGA, Elder Stephen Orogwu and his Vice.

Also, the former Governor of Ebonyi State, Chief Martins Nwanchor Elechi with the sitting Governor of the state being represented by his Deputy, Barr. Eric Kelechi Igwe, among many other cutting across the state and its neighabourhoods.




"As we commiserate the family for the 
loss of the legend, we ask God to grant them the beatitude to bear the irreplaceable loss. Amen," the Speaker prayed.
