Umahi's Aide wins outstanding leadership award

The Special Assistant to Ebonyi State Governor on Inter Party Advisory Council, Comrade Mrs. Jennifer Adibe-Nwafor on Thursday won award of excellence from the PAN leadership transparent centre in conjunction with the Waka-About Wazobia News affiliated with the Ordinary President of the Berekete Family of Human Rights Radio, Abuja.




Presenting the award, the Programme Manager of the association who led the delegation, expressed appreciation to the Governor David Nweze Umahi for the infrastructural monuments in Ebonyi  State and lauded him for appointing the likes of Mrs. Adibe Nwafor into his cabinet.

He said, his organization encourages young people who have distinguished themselves in their chosen careers and added that they chose Mrs. Adibe-Nwafor as a result of her recurrent nominations on their various  platforms, coupled with the outcome of their investigations and follow-ups on her activities for a given period of time.

 Mrs. Adibe-Nwafor has expressed joy for finding her worthy for the award. 

She thanked Governor Umahi for giving her the platform  to serve, and pledged more commitment to continue giving the best of her service to humanity.



Her husband, Dr. Kenneth Adibe Nwafor, also expressed gratitude for the award given to his wife, and stated that the  gesture would spur them up for more services.

In addition, the state leader of National Association of Nigerian Students, Comrade Olisa Alfred Nwuruku who attended the event enumerated the contributions made by the awardee in the Student Community, IPAC and in Ebonyi State at large as he commended the government of Umahi.
He therefore, appreciated the group for the recognition, and re-echoed that such will motivate Mrs. Adibe-Nwafor to keep up with the good works she is known for, since appointed in positions of trust.

NATIONAL PANEL learnt that apart from this award of outstanding leadership performance, the Special Assistant had bagged different awards from another organizations.
