Commissioned alongside the empowerment program is a skill acquisition centre for sustainable skill development and training inside the Enohia Itim Market.

The event which was held on Monday at the Enohia Itim Community Primary School Field drew key actors in the state's political space.

Speaking at the event, Coordinator Nwachi said the empowerment strictly aligned with the People's Charter of Needs Agenda of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru who has unequivocally reiterated compliance to what the people want as against the old order of project impositions.

The Coordinator called for continued support for the reelection of the Governor for a second term in office come 2027, insisting that no opposition elements exist in Ubeyi Development Centre Afikpo.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Stephen Uchenna Igwe urged the people to rise in defense of the People's Charter of Needs Agenda of the state leader, Francis Nwifuru.

According to Igwe, with the massive infrastructures and human capital development put on ground by the present administration in the state, it becomes morally justifiable to express gratitude to the Governor through the ballot.

He commended the Coordinator for her thoughtfulness in empowering her constituents in line with the needs of time.
