In a chat with newsmen, the SA to the Governor on Media stressed that the Governor before his emergence had already designed a template and an infrastructural roadmap for the accelerated development of the State.
This initiative, according to her, was a major stimulating factor for the development of Ebonyi state, which Ebonyi people are already witnessing since the commencement of the present administration in the State.
She said, the Governor has ensured even development of the State adding that the Governor being detribalized and large hearted has within his three years in office extended development to every nooks and crannies, irrespective of the axis where some so-called opposition members reside.
"The Governor is kind hearted, humane and detribalized. Within three years, he has been able to extend development to different nooks and crannies of the State. He doesn't want to know whether an opposition member is residing there or not. His focus is the overall development of the State.
"He is passionate about the development of the State and as well as the empowerment of youths, including men, women, and the elderly. The impacts he has made in the past three years and counting, are incredibly commendable and noteworthy."
Ania who stated that the Governor has done so much in the area of road infrastructure within the urban and rural areas of the state added that the Governor's road projects have aided the easy transportation of farm produce from the hinterland to different markets across the State.
In the area of Agriculture, the SA noted that the Governor's investments in the Agricultural sector have helped in reducing the cost of food crops, for the apparently benefit of the citizens of the State.
According to her, many marketers, business men and women, and entrepreneurs in the Agricultural sector have made Ebonyi state a rally point for the cultivation, sales and distribution of farm produce across the South East region and beyond.
"Before the coming on board of the Governor as the number one citizen of the State, it's on record that the cost of food was high in Ebonyi state. The Governor looked into the ugly trend and decided to give unequalled incentives to farmers across the State.
"This incentives, which came in form of fertilizers and other farm inputs helped to boost farmer's agricultural agenda for the betterment of the State. The farmers in the State are happy with the Governor, following his policies and programmes, which have triggered Agricultural prosperity in different parts of the State."
On the construction of the mega Vanco flyover, the SA assured Ebonyi people that the Governor was working assiduously to ensure its completion in no distant time.
She explained that the project being one of the Governor's signature projects will never be abandoned as it has been designed to give a facelift to City of Abakaliki and the State at large.
He commended the Governor for establishing peace in all the border communities across the State adding that the development has equally accelerated development and the peaceful coexistence of both indigenes and non-indigenes in the State.
"Peace is the ultimate, if you want to develop an environment; and this is what the Governor has done in the past three years. It will interest you to know that the Governor being a symbol of peace and unity, has ensured that the Stakeholders of Ebonyi state are together, irrespective of political affiliation."
According to her, Ebonyi state remains one of the most peaceful states in the whole of South East geopolitical zone of the country and the present administration has made it a priority since its inception.
She called on political parties to positively explore the peace in the State and avoid heating up the polity for their own selfish interest ahead of the 2027 general election.
