It is dramatic on Sunday December 14th afternoon around half past two at Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium Abakaliki following the arrival of Chief Executive Officer Enviable Group of Companies Nigeria LTD.Ituma Chukwuemeka Enviable with his bossom friend and colleague ,a Socialite Dr Obinna Iyiegbu popularly known as "Obicubana" and others who paid a visit to inspect the stadium facilities in preparation for the grande finale of the ongoing Enviable State Football fiesta among the thirteen LGAs of Ebonyi state which is sponsors by him.
Over two hundred youths with banners with various inscriptions such as "You are welcome Chief Executive Officer Enviable Group of Companies Nigeria LTD"
"Enviable we are proud of you over your concern for welfare of Ebonyi youths" " Ituma Chukwuemeka Enviable you are the real son of the soil"and others.
However,a team of police officers were deployed to the stadium to block the Enviable lead convoy which is made of fleet of expensive new generation cars and his teaming youth supporters access to the mainbowl of Pa Ngele Oruta stadium Abakaliki, over a yet to be clarified issue by the stadium management.
After a while, the stadium gate was opened only for the fleet of cars in the Enviable"s convoy to enter the mainbowl of Pa Ngele Oruta Township stadium to calm the tension from the crowded youths who had insisted that the stadium gate must be opened for them and the guests to enter to avoid sabotaging the emerging interest of the young billionaire business magnet to empower Ebonyi youths for a greater future.
This development immediately attracted the presence of the State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Prince Charles Idike,the Chairman Ebonyi State Football Association Senator Obinna Ogba,the Director of Sports Emma Utobo,the Deputy Speaker Ebonyi State House of Assembly Rt Hon.Chinedu Onah ,the Chairman of Ohaukwu LGA.prince Ikechukwu Odono and other few figure personalities who moved into the stadium and start an emergency meeting with Enviable and some of his colleagues to resolve the differences.
Surprisingly,after the meeting non of the government officials agreed to address the press.
Responding to questions from Newsmen, the visiting Enviable's colleague Dr Obinna Iyiegbu (aka).Obicubana called for amicable resolution of any differences for a successful competition .
Dr Iyiegbu who commend state of the art facilities in the stadium said their involvement in the competition is a message of hope for Ebonyi youths and should be appreciated by all.
Investigations shows urgly development may be from the Ebonyi State Football Association who felt to have been sideline in organizing the competition.
Meanwhile,the grand-finale of the ongoing competition is scheduled on 4th January 2026 and a Nigerian music Superstar Flavor will be leading other top musicians who will perform live in the showpiece inside the mainbowl of Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium Abakaliki.
Interestingly,Ohaukwu LGA will slug it out with Ohazara in one of the semi-final matches while Ezza-North will battle Onicha Council Area in the last semis.
