I want to most conspicuously felicitate with the father of Ebonyi state, a born statesman who believes in Ebonyi State so much so that all he cares about is write the state's name with golden pen in the worlds record. I'm talking about no other giant leader than The Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Prince Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Onwa Oferekpe Worldwide.
Your Excellency, under your visionary leadership, Ebonyi State has witnessed unprecedented development across all sectors of the economy—especially in the areas of education, health, peace and security, healthcare, job creation, human empowerment and infrastructural development.
Within just a few years in office, you have demonstrated enormous capacity and an unwavering commitment to making our dear state the very best in Nigeria. Your concerted interest in industrialised Ebonyi state I a testament to a seasoned leader who have undergone year's of leadership training. Your financial discipline and insistence in due process and qualitative job delivery have stood you out among your contemporaries.
We, as a local government, are proud of your achievements and will continue to support Your Excellency in attaining greater heights.
In the same vein, we extend our profound appreciation to the first Lady and Mother of the state, Her Excellency, Chief Mrs. Uzoamaka Mary-Maduline Nwifuru, for her dedication, selfless sacrifices, and steadfast supports in the ongoing transformation of Ebonyi. You have proven that behind every successful man, there is a diligent and prayerful woman.
We also acknowledge the invaluable contributions of Her Excellency, the Deputy Governor, Princess Patricia Onyemaechi Obila for all your leadership support towards the rising of Ebonyi State.
May I also thank specially, the former senate president and former secretary to the federal government of Nigeria, HEX Barr. Sen. Chief Anyim Pius Anyim for all his fatherly rokes not just Nigeria and Ebonyi State, but in my personal development and growth. Your singular interest in my enhanced political career is unquatifiable.
I dedicate a valediction to the minister of works of the federal Republic of Nigeria for your master touch in my life. The story of my travail can't be complete without your ingenuity. Your signature transformational revolution in the area of road infrastructure has not only united Nigeria but has detribalised Nigeria. You have made us proud in Ebonyi state.
My independence greetings also go to the Speaker of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Moses Ije Odunwa; the Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Elvis Ngene, and the entire judiciary; the State Chairman of our great party, the APC, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha; and other distinguished leaders who have played key roles in the growth and development of our beloved state.
I thank most specially the stakeholders, leaders of thought, elders and the good people of Ivo LGA who have shown me unprecedented love. May this season of celebration bring us more love and renewed hope to celebrate more.
