The People's Democratic Party PDP in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State has reaffirmed it's total commitment to the unity and progress of the party in the area, assuring of their total loyalty to the leadership of the party at all levels and obedient to party's Constitution.
They condemned in strong terms the continued impersonation, unauthorized meetings, and subversive actions of Mr. Chidiebere Egwu, declaring them as unconstitutional, anti-party, and a direct sabotage of the PDP in Ikwo.
Disciplinary proceedings are to commence immediately against him in accordance with the PDP Constitution.
This was contained in a communique reached at the end of Ikwo PDP stakeholders Meeting which comprised of LGA and Ward PDP Executives held on Friday, 5th July, 2025 at Enyim Agalegu, Ndufu Alike Ikwo home of the 1st Vice Chairman of PDP in Ebonyi State, Hon. Chief Kevin Tobias Chukwu.
The communique which was signed by Hon. Chief Kevin Tobias Chukwu (Ochiri Ozua I) and
1st Vice Chairman, PDP Ebonyi Central Zone,Leader, PDP Ikwo Political Movement and other PDP leaders in Ikwo, reads in part;
"The leadership and stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ikwo Local Government Area, comprising all LGA Executives and Ward Executives, held a crucial meeting on Friday, 5th July 2025, at the country home of Hon. Chief Kevin Tobias Chukwu (Ochiri Ozua I) in Enyim Agalagu, Ndufu Alike, Ikwo LGA.
