Workers Day; Ikwo Council Boss Commends Dedication Of Workers

The Ikwo Local Government Chairman, Barr. Sunday Nwankwo, has congratulated and commended the commitment and dedication of the work force to the Development of the Ikwo.

In a good will message to the workers, the Chairman wrote:
"On this year's celebration of Worker's day with the theme: Industrialization, Trade, and Decent Work for Social Justice.” I wish to join other leaders to commend the dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment of our workers and trade unions to the progress and development of our dear Ikwo LGA, Ebonyi State and the Nigeria nation. 

"The unwavering efforts of workers in both the public and private sectors is contributing meaningfully to the actualization of our dear Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru's People's Charter of needs mantra in all sectors. 

"As we celebrate this year's workers day, I urge us to continue to support the blueprint of the number one worker in Ebonyi state, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, FNIOB, FCAI, GGCEHF, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, who has kicked off the process of industrializing the State through the ongoing construction of Ebonyi Industrial City and other plans aimed at attracting investors and providing conducive environment for citizens, investors and all workers to thrive in the State.

"On behalf of my family and the good people of Ikwo Noyo Clan, I congratulate all workers in Nigeria, Ebonyi State and in Ikwo LGA. I appreciate your spirit of service and urge you all to continue to uphold the values of diligence, integrity, love and unity in the interest of our people and government".
