Ikwo Council Chair Bags Rotary Club Excellent Community Service Award

The Rotary Club Of Abakaliki South has conferred an Excellent Community Service Award in recognition of his Selfless Services to Community Development on Hon. Barr. Sunday Nwankwo, the Executive  Chairman of Ikwo LGA.

The occasion which took place at Monabliss Hotel, Abakaliki on Saturday, the 4th day of November, 2023  also witnessed the induction of new members into the Rotary fold.

Speaking after the recognition, Hon. Barr. Sunday Nwankwo said the award would spur him to do more. 

According to him, "I appreciate Rotary Club for this honour.  The Rotary Club being a global platform for Community Service, we will continue to partner with them to do more for the Community. 

He congratulated the new President, Mrs Chinyere Emilian Achor and urged her to remain glued to the Global Rotary Mandate".
