Dave Umahi Youths Movement Celebrates Christmas; Declares Support For Umahis, Nwifuru, Other APC Candidates

The National President of a prestigious non- Governmental organization, David Nweze Umahi Youth Movement, Hon Chika Joseph Nwangele (ASAA), on Saturday, Celebrate Christmas for members of the Organization in his Abakaliki resident, Ebonyi State Capital.
Speaking during the event, Hon. Chika Nwangele, Who doubles as the Special Assistant to Governor David Umahi on direct labour and Airport project said, the essence of the Christmas celebration was to appreciate the members of the organization for their steadfast, solidarity and support for the administration of Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi.

Nwangele revealed to the members of the group that the five million naira (5,000,000) and one thousand bags of rice before then was provided for them by the Governor,Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi as Christmas package and will be distributed to all members peacefully.
He eulogized the leadership foresight of the state Governor, whom he said, has made youths  the fulcrum of his administration by placing them in strategic positions of trust.
He said, "Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi is a youth friendly leader. If you go to the 13 Local Government Areas of the state, youths are in charge. In his cabinet, the youths are the commissioner, Senior special Assistants, special Assistants among others.

"His Excellency Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi, did not stop there, but ensured that one of us, a youth with full capacity, in the person of Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru succeeds him as the next Governor of our state come 2023".

The special Assistant stated further, "this is not the first time His Excellency Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi is giving us huge sums of money. He has been doing it for us and we want to assure him that wherever he goes, there we will go, his party is our party, his candidates are our candidates. We are not competing with any party because we are fully in charge. If you to the 13 Local Government Areas, 171 electoral wards and all the polling units in the state, we are fully on ground and we want to reassure of leader, the workaholic Governor that APC will win all the elective position in the state come 2023.

"His Excellency, the Governor has done well for us in the state and come 2023 he is going to the Senate to represent Ebonyi South Senatorial zone and Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru is our next Governor. Hon. Maxwell Umahi (Mayor) is our man, and he is our Incoming House of Assembly member and we are going to vote massively for him and other APC candidates in the state," he said.
The special guest of honor and APC candidate for Abakaliki North Constituency, Hon Maxwell Umahi (Mayor) lauded the national president of the group, Hon. Chika Nwangele for his dogged spirit and support for Governor Umahi's administration and assured him of his support to the his organization.

Others who spoke during the event Included Hon. Okenwa Nnachi Uka, member, Governing Council, Federal polytechnic Bali, Taraba, the representative of Hausa Community,  Hajia Hadiza Abubaka, his Benue Community counterpart, Emmanuel Abeh and
Alhaji Wale for Yoruba Community all attested to the leadership ingenuity of Governor David Umahi and the accommodating spirit, transparency and opened hand policy of Hon. Chika Nwangele (ASAA) stressing that his friendliness has made all other  ethnic groups in country living in the state to identified with his organization and vowed to follow him wherever he goes.

There were Goodwill messages from the wife of the national coordinator, Hon. Mrs Nene Jane Chika Nwangele, the state coordinator of group, the woman leader, the urban coordinator and representative of the 13 Local Government Area coordinators, all eulogized the leadership traits of Hon. Chika Nwangele and assured him of their continued and unflinching support.
High points of the event were cutting of special Christmas cake, road Walk, dancing and distribution of one thousand bags of rice and five million naira (5,000,000) donated to the group by the state Governor, Engr David Umahi among other things.
