Hon Kevin Tobias Chukwu is an astute administrator, grassroot Politician, Seasoned Manager of Man and Resources, a social Crusader of positive transformation, tested and trusted leader per-excellence, A distinguished man of today and tomorrow's politics, who is on a rescue mission come 2023 under the platform of the people's democratic party, PDP.

Born to the family of Chief Tobias Chukwu of the Blessed Memories in Enyim Agalagu village, Ndufu Alike Ikwo, Ebonyi State.
Hon Kevin Tobias Chukwu courageously secured his Future through the acquisition of Western EDUCATION, He Attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology (Bsc Pol.Sc) from 1998-2002

Hon Kevin Tobias Chukwu Started his journey from the Grassroot Politics which ushered Him in as the Liason Officer to the Chairman, representing Ndufu Alike, Ikwo LGA.
And was later Elected as the Honourable Councillor representing, Ndufu Alike in Ikwo legislative council (Chairman Finance and Appropriation Committee)
He has been the Chairman/CEO Liquid Ocean Nigeria Ltd and LYKOMOBOP Nigeria Ltd.

Hon Chief Kevin Tobias Chukwu was so Dutiful, Hardworking, Generous and Diligent to duty that He so endeared Himself to the Masses and to his Masters.
