Sen. Ogba Inspects Electrification Project In Ebonyi Community


The Senator representing Ebonyi Central Senatorial Zone Senator Obinna Ogba over the weekend inspected  some electrification projects he attracted to his constituency.

Sen. Ogba during the inspection tour visit to Ogboji and Aguotu Villages in Ezzaegu Community, Ishielu local government area of Ebonyi state, commended contractors handling the projects for executing the them according to specifications.

He revealed that  that he has put everything in place to enable the contractor finish the historical project before 25th, December 2021 to enable them celebrate this Year's Christmas with Public Power supply.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Special Assistant on Media to Senator Ogba GODFREY CHIKWERE and made available to Newsmen in Abakaliki. 

He stated that in Ezzaegu Community, Ogboji and Aguotu Villages has never experienced  the existence or Usage of Public Power supply until now. 

The lawmaker assured the Youths and elders of the two villages who came out emass to welcome him at the project site that he has put everything that work is on top gear to connect communities in his constituency to the national grid. 

The statement reads in parts, "Senator representing Ebonyi Central Senatorial Zone Distinguished Sen. Obinna Ogba has iniated with work on top gear the connection of Ogboji and Aguotu Villages in Ezzaegu Community in Ishielu LGA to national grid.
" It is worthy of note that in Ezzaegu Community, Ogboji and Aguotu Villages has never experienced  the existence or Usage of Public Power supply till this 21 century under the Senatorial representation of Ebonyi Central Senatorial Zone by Distinguished Sen. Obinna Ogba. 

"Senator Ogba during his inspection of the project on Saturday 4th December 2021, assured the Youths and elders of the two villages who came out emass to welcome him at the project site that he has put everything in place to enable the contractor finish the historical project before 25th, December 2021 to enable them celebrate this Year's Christmas with Public Power supply".
