Governor Ortom's security aide killed in Jos

 

Gunmen have killed Senior Special Assistant to Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom on Security, AIG Christopher Dega (Rtd) in Jos, Plateau State Capital, NATIONAL PANEL gathered. 


It  was gathered that the governor's aide shot in the chest several times by gunmen on Tuesday. 


AIG Dega had a brilliant career in the Nigerian Police Force and was twice Commissioner of Police in Borno and Edo States. He hailed from Katsina Ala local government area in Benue state.
