You’ve always demonstrated absolute commitment and sparkling brilliance in your role as the number two citizen of our dear State. More assuring for the development and growth of our State, is your unwavering loyalty and sincerity to the course of our Government.
It is my earnest prayer, that as you turn 51 today, that the Good Lord will embellish you with the needed strength of mind and body; the Grace and discerning spirit to continue discharging your mandate, efficiently.
