Mbaka commends Umahi's mega projects in Ebonyi

Rev Fr. Ejike Mbaka of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN) has largely commended the developmental strides of Ebonyi State Government under the watch of Governor David Nweze Umahi.

Fr Mbaka who recently visited Ebonyi, testified at Enugu that the state has recorded a drastic change with mega projects and international centres.

He however, urged the leaders of Enugu state to wake up and join the leagues of the evident leadership, building mega projects like other states, stressing that everything about Ebonyi has changed with Flyovers and international structures everywhere in the state.

The Enugu Catholic Priest wondered how Governor Umahi achieved the laudable feats within six years in office with meager resources, and warned those attacking anybody talking about development to stop.

"I am just coming back from Ebonyi, you need to visit the state, the farmers - Abakaliki is no longer Abakaliki.

"Even Enugu state needs to wake up, because by the time, Anambra has her own cargo passengers' airport and Ebonyi has her own airport, I don't know the reason why people should be coming to do in Enugu apart from prayer here.

"If anybody speaks about development, let government not begin attacking such person. They should change, if with the meagre resources, Ebonyi gets, Ebonyi will have mega projects, Flyovers here and there, and international centres," Mbaka marvelled.
