Ebonyi citizens urged to apply for Nigerian army - SSG

Following the online application for 81 regular recruits intake for both trades/non-trades men and women into the Nigerian Army, the Ebonyi State government under the leadership of Governor David Nweze Umahi has urged its citizens to apply.


 The Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Coordinating Commissioner, Chief Kenneth Igwe Ugbala made the announcement in Abakaliki on Monday.

Ugbala advised all the interested and qualified candidates from the state to apply as according to him, the online application into the Nigerian Army has commenced on 15th February to 6th April 2021.

"Prospective candidates are advised to visit the Nigerian Army recruitment portal, https://recruitment.army.mil.ng., follow the application procedure and complete the form," he stated.

He said that the applicants are going be screened online while qualified candidates shortlisted will attend the physical screening exercise scheduled to hold from 16 to 26 April 2021 at the state recruitment centre, Nkwagu Military Cantonment, Abakaliki.

He equally stated that all the "candidates are advised to print clear copies of their application and guarantor forms from the portal, which must be presented at physical screening centre."
