2021: Ebonyi LG Boss expreses optimism, charges youths to be focused

The Executive Chairman of Ebonyi Local Government Area, Chief Mrs Chinyere Nwogbaga has expressed optimism towards the year 2021, saying it has many good tides for the focused minded individuals, NATIONAL PANEL reports.


Mrs Nwogbaga disclosed this in her congratulatory message to the good people of Ebonyi Council Area, Izzi Nnodo Clan and the Ebonyi State at large for the new year celebrations.

The Chairman described this entry into the year 2021 as a "breakthrough" in considering the circumstances and challenges experienced in the year 2020 mainly the COVID-19 pandemic and other related challenges that have brought set back in people's normal activities both in business, education, health, among others.

She encouraged the youths to set a goal, make a proper plan and become business oriented as according to her, it is the only way to successfully drive through, be financially independent and make a good living throughout the year 2021.

Nwogbaga reiterated her committment to prioritize human capital development in the year 2021. 


"In 2021, my administration is going to empower more of our youths based on their areas of interest and specializations that they shall in turn empower others and make our society a better place for all," she assured.

She further congratulates the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Chief David Nweze Umahi, the first lady of Ebonyi State, Chief Mrs Rachael Ogonna Umahi, the Deputy Governor-Dr Eric kelechi Igwe, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Chief Francis Nwifuru and other dignitaries whom she  been the pillars of her Government.

She thus, prayed this year 2021 will bring tremendous joy and happiness that will neutralize the pains passed in the year 2020, asking God to bless and sustain the good people of her council area and Ebonyi State at large throughout the year 2021 and beyond.
