Laz Ogbee leaves Umahi's camp, sends tribute to Ebonyi PDP defectors

By Kelechi Nwoba

Chief Laz Nweru Ogbee, the immediate past member representing Ezza South/Ikwo Federal Constituency in the Green Chambers has left the camp of Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi following his concluded plan to dump PDP and join APC, the ruling party at centre against 2023 general elections.

Ogbee has resigned his appointive position given to him by Governor Umahi as the Ebonyi State Commissioner for Inter Governmental Affairs just because of the defection saga.

He officially resigned today being Thursday 12 November, 2020.

He made it known to all and sundry that he is not going to join APC owing to his benefits from  PDP politically before the present development.

The former Green Chambers Lawmaker also has wished Governor Umahi and other PDP member from Ebony State  who may wish to follow him to join APC the best of luck.

He promised to never be an ingrate and advised all PDP faithfuls to buckle their seat-belts as the journey has just begun towards 2023 general elections and subsequent others.

NATIONAL PANEL gathered that many strange things have continued to unfold since Governor Umahi’s defection from PDP to APC broke into the clouds.
