Ebonyi business mogul bags royal title in Asia, declares support to Umahi's govt

An Asia based business mogul from Ishiagu in Ivo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State was on  Saturday 14th November, 2020 crowned as His Royal Highness Eze Ndubisi Kenneth Oti, (Ichenwachinyereugo I) in Meckong River Asia.

 
Meckong River Asia is  made up of six nations including China, Myanmar(Burma), Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.





HRH Eze Ndubisi Kenneth Oti as a man of the people has many royal feathers on his head.

He is currently the king of Peace (Ezeudo I) of the two cities in Thailand - Bangkok and Kanchanaburi, and the Secretary General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in Meckong River Asia.

Eze oti who disclosed these via his voice clips forwarded to NATIONAL PANEL on Sunday, is also the Financial Secretary of Ndigbo Community Foundation in Thailand with numerous positions of trust under his control due to his selfless services to the people.


The Ebonyi State Business magnate also has formerly served as the General Secretary of ICDU in Malaysia Branch, General Secretary of Ebonyi State Indigenes in Malaysia Branch, among others.





He however, commended Governor David Umahi's led administration for making Ebonyi a state of reference in Nigeria and beyond in terms of infrastructural and human development.

 He declared interest to join in the service of the young state as a way of supporting Governor Umahi to actualize his dreams in his administration.

"I wish to thank the Governor of Ebonyi State, Chief Dave Umahi. I am proud of him. His leadership ingenuities have made us proud. 

"Presently, I want to wholeheartedly go home and serve my people under the good governance of our Governor, Chief Dave Umahi.

"I wish to work with Umahi. We must support him to achieve the goals of Ebonyi people," Eze Oti stated.


The business magnate also extended his gratitude to the Ebonyi Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Barr. Orji Uchenna Orji whom he described as a man of integrity as his childhood friend right from secondary school till date.

"I salute my good friend, Hon. Uchenna Orji, he is a good friend of mine. Uchenna Orji was my Senior when we were in the secondary school. He was our Senior Prefect, and a very close friend to me and my brother, Jude. Our friendship has not died till date," he said.

Oti also described Commissioner Orji as a philanthropist while mentioning the  assistance rendered to him at the beginning of his journey into the business world.

"I could remember when we went to Malaysia newly, he (Uche Orji) sent me money. By then, I had no money. I'm still holding him (Uche Orji) in a high esteem. He is a man of integrity. I love that man so much for his kindness to me from the year back in our secondary school days," he added.
