One Mrs. Chinasa Nwambam, a mother of triplets from Ogbutaraoku Odariko Igbeagu in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State on Tuesday, cried woes for not clearing the hospital's delivery bills of two hundred and sixty thousand Naira (N260, 000).

Mrs. Nwambam who was delivered of triplets on the 9th of September, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital, Ndubia Igbeagu in Izzi council area could not pay the hospital bills when discharged because her husband, Mr. Uchenna Nwambam is only a poor village farmer managing to provide his family a square meal in a day.

She said that the hospital has given her a quick notice to clear the bills unless they are ready to risk being kept on a bare floor till the debts are offseted.

The mother of the triplets expressed bitter feelings as she has no other  means to tackle the situation, and her husband was said, only struggling on how to provide them with foods pending when help comes from above.

Mrs. Chinasa Nwambam, however, called the Ebonyi State Government, other spirited individuals and groups to come for her assistance.

She appealed to the office of the First Lady of Ebonyi State, Chief Mrs. Rachel Umahi to extend her usual hand of   followship to her.

Interacting with the PDP Vice Chairman, Igbeagu Ward 3, Chief Nwokoro Joseph, also called on the government authourities and other individuals  to intervene to rescue the family from the situation.

Also speaking, one of the hospital management, Nurse Blessing Nwode explained that, "the woman was delivered of the three babies, all of them are boys, through Ceasero operation," which according to her, "normally attracts higher charge."

The Nurse expressed joy that the woman came out from her labour room with a huge blessing, even though, the delivery  bills are not yet cleared, stressing that, clearing the charges would enable the hospital management to continue moving forward.

She therefore, assured that the woman and her babies would be discharged from the hospital any moment the bills are cleared.

Meanwhile, the woman has given out her husband's contact number, 09078615165 or better of contact them through NATIONAL PANEL hotline - 07010446173  for only calls to assist the family
