Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Abakaliki Branch, has felicitated the first family and the good people of Ebonyi State on the occasion of 2026 new year celebration.
In a message personally signed by the chairman,Barrister Ede Samuel Ede, and made available to journalists in Abakaliki, express gratitude to God for his the grace to do exploits in the year ending which saw the governor implementing vigorously and religiously the provisions Charter of People’s Need, with a clear and convincing manifestation in both human and infrastructural facets of the State
His statement reads;

""I therefore covey my warmest felicitations to the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Prince Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and his quintessential wife, Chief Mrs. Mary-Maudline Nwifuru on this auspicious occasion of the celebration of a brand new year, 2026.
"I want to express my gratitude to God for also giving us the grace to do exploits in the year ending which saw Your Excellency implementing vigorously and religiously the provisions Charter of People’s Need, with a clear and convincing manifestation in both human and infrastructural facets of the State.
