"As one of the foremost founding fathers, you fought doggedly to liberate Ebonyi people from the shackles of deprivation and social neglect. Also, as former Governor we will continue to celebrate you for your landmark achievements especially for linking communities who were hitherto separated from their kits and kins with Bridges of unity.
"On this special day of your life, we pray for God's continuous blessings of sound health and mind to offer counsel, critical in navigating the complexities of governance for the greater good of all.
"Happy birthday to a truly inspirational leader per excellence in politics who has certainly earned a place in the history of our dear State".
