NOA Extol Ikwo Council Boss, Barr Nwankwo's Security, Peace Initiatives

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) on Friday commended the Executive Chairman, Ikwo Local Government Area, Hon. Barr. Sunday Nwankwo for the ensuring peace and security in Ikwo, especially, during the just concluded General Elections in the area.

The commendation was made by the Members of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), who were on a Peace Advocacy Campaign in Ikwo Local Government Area.

NOA opined that  Barr. Nwankwo's leadership has displayed high level of commitment and patriotic zeal which has helped in restoring enduring unity, and peaceful coexistence in Ikwo, and cheered him to more works of peace and bridge building in the Council. 
In his response, Barr Nwankwo appreciated the Agency for their immense concern, and disclosed his intentions to convene a post-Election Stakeholders' town hall, a replica of the pre-election Stakeholders' town hall which he earlier convened, to preach peace, close ranks, and chart a way forward to a more responsive and thriving Council. 

The strength-filled Council Boss received his guests in company of the Chairman, Ikwo Traditional Rulers' Council, HRH, Eze Dominic Aloh, the Leader of Ikwo Legislative Council, Hon. Stephen Nwukwu, Members of Ikwo Legislative Council, Supervisory Councillors, Town Union Presidents, Hon. Daniel Ogiji, and the Ikwo APC Chairman, Hon. Sunday Onuzu, among others.
