The State Chairman of the party, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha reaffirmed this while receiving the member - elect for Afikpo South-East Constituency in State House of Assembly, Mr Stephen Orji Igwe who came on a thank visit to office in Abakakili.
"I wish to use this privilege to reassure Ebonyi people that the administration of His Excellency, Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru will put more smiles on their faces by embarking on projects that will have direct bearing and immediate as well as long time multiplier effects on the socio-economic activities in the state'.
"'Government policies and programs will always be decided on the basis of charter of needs. This means that citizens' needs will be in the first line charge of his administration and by so doing legacies of massive infrastructural investments in the state will be sustained'.
"'For the member -elect, thank you for recognising the party's contribution to your election success. Please, in your legislative functions always put the interest of your constituents and that of Ebonyi people into consideration'.
'"In all your dealings, I charge you to always adopt the Four-Way Test of the Rotarians which says: is it the truth, is it fair to all concerned, will it build goodwill and better friendships and will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Earlier in his speech, the member - elect for Afikpo South-East Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Mr Stephen Orji Igwe fondly called Man Steve who appreciated the party and his constituents for the massive support pledged robust and qualitative representation.
